Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, sales, or a related field)
- 7+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, including 3+ years in a management or senior leadership role
- Deep experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights and translate them into action
- Demonstrated success building and scaling inside sales or SDR functions in a high-growth B2B environment
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High-energy, metrics-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Sales Development and Inside Sales teams, ensuring high engagement, quota attainment, and professional growth
- Design and implement strategic plans, KPIs, and dashboards to measure performance, pipeline contribution, and operational effectiveness
- Oversee outbound and inbound sales campaigns that support growth across distribution channels and Rescue Ready® Services
- Refine lead qualification and conversion processes to increase efficiency and drive high-quality handoffs to Field Sales and distribution partners
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews, individual coaching sessions, and team performance analyses
- Implement scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs that accelerate ramp time and support continuous skill development
- Design compensation plans and incentive programs that drive performance and align with company goals
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead flow, campaign execution, and feedback loops to ensure optimal conversion outcomes
