Requirements

• Food Handler Permit or Certification required by state or local regulations
• Be on time and have reliable transportation
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests including federal, state, and local regulations
• Demonstrate Math abilities for cash handling
• Communication in English is required (written, oral, and verbal); other language fluency is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
• Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
• Uphold the company culture and be in the relationship business while interacting with customers
• Ensure speed, quality, and service so customers get exactly what they ordered
• Show up to work on time and be ready to go; communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures
• Be prepared to support as needed when things come up

Preferred Qualifications

• Other language fluency is highly valued
• Tip pool eligibility after completing and passing Broista training
