Requirements

  • 10+ years working in a technical sales environment
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems
  • Proven experience leading customer success or go-to-market teams
  • Experience managing teams of 5-10 employees
  • A background in ad tech/martech and startup environments
  • Strong understanding of API documentation and its practical application
  • Above-average proficiency with a scripting language, preferably in the Google Cloud environment, to drive custom automation
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prototype and test solutions
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a high-performing and collaborative team
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing service delivery processes

Responsibilities

  • Regularly measure and analyze metrics to assess operational efficiencies and implement improvements in service delivery
  • Collaborate with the executive team to present findings and make strategic recommendations for business enhancements
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
  • Maintain frequent customer interaction, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Prototype and experiment with solutions, actively contributing to hands-on development
  • Work closely with the product team to bring prototypes and solutions to clients effectively
  • Leverage knowledge of API documentation to design integrations and deliver custom solutions
  • Use scripting languages (preferred experience with Google Cloud stack) to create and implement custom outcomes and automate processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that services are always evolving and optimized in line with industry best practices
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's go-to-market process and customer needs
