Requirements
- 10+ years working in a technical sales environment
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems
- Proven experience leading customer success or go-to-market teams
- Experience managing teams of 5-10 employees
- A background in ad tech/martech and startup environments
- Strong understanding of API documentation and its practical application
- Above-average proficiency with a scripting language, preferably in the Google Cloud environment, to drive custom automation
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prototype and test solutions
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a high-performing and collaborative team
- Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing service delivery processes
Responsibilities
- Regularly measure and analyze metrics to assess operational efficiencies and implement improvements in service delivery
- Collaborate with the executive team to present findings and make strategic recommendations for business enhancements
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
- Maintain frequent customer interaction, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Prototype and experiment with solutions, actively contributing to hands-on development
- Work closely with the product team to bring prototypes and solutions to clients effectively
- Leverage knowledge of API documentation to design integrations and deliver custom solutions
- Use scripting languages (preferred experience with Google Cloud stack) to create and implement custom outcomes and automate processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that services are always evolving and optimized in line with industry best practices
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's go-to-market process and customer needs
