Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent with 5+ Yrs of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong semiconductor process knowledge and yield improvement
- Background in device physics and experience analyzing PCM and probe data
- Proficient in statistical data analysis using JMP and able to write scripts to pull relevant data (in-fab monitors, defect, PCM, probe, etc..)
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Own product family die yield and be accountable for root cause investigation of any deviations
- Assist in process windowing activities to ensure products are targeted properly from a probe parametric standpoint
- Proactively monitor in-fab monitors, defectivity data, and PCM trends to ensure product is healthy
- Manage key process/product improvement projects by defining key deliverables and hitting timelines
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing statistical knowledge and structured problem-solving tools
