Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience with Yardi products, including configuration and reporting
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
• Ability to train and support others, from individual contributors to management
• Knowledge of affordable housing and related programs is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL programming is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Ability to prioritize projects based on business needs and resources

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the Yardi system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and usability.
• Continuously assess and optimize Yardi’s performance and functionality, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the Yardi system.
• Stay updated on the latest Yardi features and industry trends to maintain an innovative system.
• Manage relationships with Yardi vendors and facilitate system upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage the smooth operation of help desk tickets related to Yardi and work with the IT team to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards within Yardi systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all Yardi users. Lead and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Lead the development of customized reports from Yardi based on business needs.
• Work directly with internal teams, including regional managers, to ensure the effective use of Yardi across properties.

Preferred Qualifications
