Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with 3-axle tractor and 53′ trailer or equivalent experience
- Ability to read up close and at arm’s length, with or without correction
- Excellent distance vision and constant alertness
- Class A drivers license preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate tractor to move and position trailers
- Hook and unhook trailers and secure outbound trailer doors
- Spot trailers at dock spaces for loading and unloading
- Document moves using yard and trailer management system
- Assist drivers with inquiries and issues
- Inspect trucks and trailers daily; report maintenance and safety issues
- Complete and submit daily yard check documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Class A drivers license preferred
