Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Comcast products and services
- Expert knowledge of selling reflective of relevant experience
- Effective communication, organizational, and people skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)
- Ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
- Must meet physical requirements of the job
- Obtain and maintain any necessary credentials and/or licenses to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Comcast products and services to individual customers and property management
- Communicate and develop rapport with customers
- Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations
- Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models
- Create and execute turf management plans
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market
- Generate business through established and approved methods of lead generation
- Implement effective sales closing techniques
- Demonstrate a consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment
- Illustrate strong technical capability
