Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Comcast products and services
- Expert knowledge of selling reflective of relevant experience
- Effective communication, organizational, and people skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)
- Ability to meet physical requirements including walking door-to-door in various weather conditions
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Comcast products and services to individual customers
- Communicate and develop rapport with customers
- Evaluate customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations
- Create and execute turf management plans
- Generate business through established lead generation methods
- Implement effective sales closing techniques
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market
- Demonstrate a consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
