Responsibilities
- Manages the WOW Casino Rewards new member enrollment process at kiosks, mobile machine enrollments, and WOW Rewards center; ensuring enrollment targets are met and all customer contact information is collected accurately.
- Engages and educates guests on all aspects of the WOW Casino Loyalty program, highlighting program benefits, promotions, drawings, and special events.
- Assists guests resolving service issues, concerns, and problems to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
- Identifies guests actively gaming not currently enrolled in WOW Casino Rewards, utilizes tools to locate in the casino, and enrolls the guest in WOW Casino Rewards.
- Maintains and communicates extensive knowledge of all casino events, promotions, drawings, and loyalty programs.
- Recognizes qualified VIP clientele and facilities introduction to host team to develop guest gaming and establish brand loyalty.
- Being a Westgate property ambassador and effectively communicating a multitude of aspects within the property; including live entertainment, hotel happenings, general property information, and special group info.
- Complies with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino standards, guidelines, and objectives and maintains administrative processes to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of department functions.
