Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations: supplies, amenities, mail, upkeep
  • Greet visitors, handle access badges, and make sure the space is welcoming
  • Respond to employee requests and escalate issues as needed
  • Coordinate vendors for cleaning, snacks, minor repairs, etc.
  • Assist with event setup, room scheduling, and basic tech checklists
  • Keep things neat, stocked, and running without a hitch
