Requirements
- 2-3 years of admin, office, or workplace experience (or strong willingness to learn)

- Comfort with basic tech tools (email, ticketing systems, spreadsheets)

Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations: supplies, amenities, mail, upkeep
- Greet visitors, handle access badges, and make sure the space is welcoming
- Respond to employee requests and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate vendors for cleaning, snacks, minor repairs, etc.
- Assist with event setup, room scheduling, and basic tech checklists
- Keep things neat, stocked, and running without a hitch
