Responsibilities

  • manage the day-to-day general office operations, including coordinating logistics and support across teams such as Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership in the PNW region
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment
  • own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring alignment with current and future headcount needs
  • manage all office maintenance and repair requests, preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly
  • manage all vendor relationships for all office-related services (e.g., cleaning services, and maintenance support)
  • own HVAC and kitchen preventative maintenance schedule
  • plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
  • coordinate internal team events and external client events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement
  • monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational needs
  • develop and deliver clear communication to employees about workplace updates, changes, and improvements, ensuring transparency and alignment
