Responsibilities
- manage the day-to-day general office operations, including coordinating logistics and support across teams such as Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership in the PNW region
- collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment
- own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring alignment with current and future headcount needs
- manage all office maintenance and repair requests, preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly
- manage all vendor relationships for all office-related services (e.g., cleaning services, and maintenance support)
- own HVAC and kitchen preventative maintenance schedule
- plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
- coordinate internal team events and external client events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement
- monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational needs
- develop and deliver clear communication to employees about workplace updates, changes, and improvements, ensuring transparency and alignment
