Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage moveable assets, ensuring proper storage in designated bin locations and maintaining accurate data in the inventory management system (e.g., iOffice).
- Collaborate with key client stakeholders and the account team to manage the asset liquidation process.
- Catalog and tag moveable residential, office, and lab assets in the space management system.
- Work with the Asset & Inventory Supervisor to generate reports, develop knowledge-based materials, and support system enhancements.
- Facilitate weekly move activities or projects, coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Monitor and support the team in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Customer Satisfaction Survey scores.
- Identify and propose solutions for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor invoicing or work order non-conformance issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients, service providers, and JLL colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or property management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Comfort with a variety of systems/software used in facilities management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking.
