- Track record of creating, designing and maintaining world class office spaces.
- Exceptional organization and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- “No task is too big or too small” attitude, must be willing to roll up sleeves.
- Outstanding communication skills with a warm, approachable and positive attitude.
- Experience in similar roles at high-growth, venture-backed startups is strongly encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Foster a welcoming and positive office environment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
- Serve as the main point of contact with office vendors.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage mail and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
