Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ of Workplace technology solutions experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Customer Service Management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing workplace technology solutions, including hardware and software support, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage customer service operations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and service delivery.
- HS Diploma / GED
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical assistance and support for laptops, desktops, and other workplace technology.
- Work is to be performed 100% onsite at client in Hershey, PA or Bentonville, AR.
- Shift work and on call are both required.
