Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence configuration and implementation
- Prior consulting or project management experience within Workday Implementation
- Workday HCM Time Tracking certification required
- US Citizenship only; no dual citizens
Responsibilities
- Lead design sessions and workshops with the client team to gather and document business requirements
- Configure and optimize Workday modules (e.g., HCM Time and Attendance)
- Develop project plans, timelines and testing strategies in alignment with project goals
- Support and administer Workday production environments by troubleshooting issues, managing system updates and optimizing performance
- Provide post-implementation support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with at least one full cycle Workday implementation
- Strong working knowledge of business process frameworks, system integrations (EIBs) and data management
- Workday HCM Absence certification preferred
- Experience managing project resources
- Bachelor’s Degree
