Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelors in technology or business related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital product management, HRIS technology, or related fields.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong functional background with extensive experience in Workday Core HCM management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core HRIS data elements, core model maintenance and localization needs developed through experience in complex matrixed global organizations.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Knowledge of HR processes and policies in a global organization, and a strong ability to collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements from diverse global and local stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with Digital P&C, Technology Strategy Team, People Services, and P&C CoE stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Workday Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules, including the configuration, business processes, data integrity, and security roles.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into Workday Core HCM solutions.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and system configurations.
  • System Configuration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to support the configuration of Workday Core HCM, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, execute test cases, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet business needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Analysis and Integrity: Analyze HR data to identify trends and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Workday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • WD HCM Pro certification preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with local HRIS systems and their integration with global platforms is highly desirable.
