Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field and five years of job-related experience, or equivalent
- Good communications and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs
- Ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance
- US citizenship required for restricted area access
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program level integrated work schedules designed to successfully manage program workflow requirements
- Review work order requirements and assist area managers in determining necessary resources for on time schedule completion
- Develop detailed schedules, material requirements lists and plans for approved projects
- Monitor schedule activity to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of resources timed to meet program requirements
- Troubleshoots and monitors potential scheduling problems, maintaining records such as reports on program accomplishments and open work related to upcoming mission milestone operations
- Responsible for supervising a small group of Planner/Schedulers providing work management representation and scheduling support to each area of the program
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Maximo on NASA contracts
