Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leadership experience focused on building culture, performance and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate data to identify creative solutions to business needs
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Customer Service WFM scheduling associates, encouraging productivity and accuracy
- Become a policy and process expert to train associates
- Recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements for the team
- Support the WFM team and work with management to solve operational challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- WFM scheduling experience in a customer service environment preferred
