Requirements
- 3PL experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
- High-volume phone and email outreach
- Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
- Providing updates and solutions to Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Manager, or Customer Sales
- General Data Entry
