Requirements
- Require an active Top-Secret DoD Clearance
- Requires extensive and in-depth knowledge of web activities, techniques, tools
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular, browser and GUI design related applications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II) can be valuable
- Require IAT II certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related area
- At least 5 years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Console and version control tools
- Awareness of agile software development processes utilizing Azure DevOps
Responsibilities
- Works with the engineering team and technical writers to create/maintain web pages via Salesforce that will capture frequently asked questions and answers
- Works with PMO staff to develop webpages that address cloud capabilities across multiple vendors
- Works with PMO staff to develop salesforce workflows to manage customer interactions to include forwarding emails, creating customer feedback forms to collect mission owner feedback, and organizing that data into reports so that it can be reviewed and prioritized by the government
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other related technologies
- Builds, deploys and maintains Web Site pages
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and middleware
- Create custom user interfaces and components to enhance the user experience
- Optimize Salesforce performance through code reviews, performance testing, and tuning
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce administrators and users
- Develops and improves site navigation
- Consults with web content developers to ensure that complex needs are technically feasible
- Provides technical site maintenance, consultation on issues related to animation, search engine techniques, link integrity, navigation, browsers, graphics, and other technical web developments
- Designs web architecture
- Ensures functionality
- Develops functionality and navigation testing standards
