Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing web projects or programs with enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in using headless CMS tools to structure, publish, and optimize content.
  • Comfortable training others on web content workflows and acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Tag Manager and concepts of basic web personalization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on web-related initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with experience sharing updates in Slack and executive reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full content process in the Yext Knowledge Graph CMS, from writing to publishing and optimization.
  • Create and update key content types like blog posts, authors, quotes, product pages, and supporting resources.
  • Lead website personalization campaigns, partnering with Marketing Ops and using tools like GA4 and Optimizely.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver web improvements that support business needs and enhance customer experience.
  • Advocate for UX and engineering best practices while balancing stakeholder input and business priorities.
  • Make smart trade-offs when needed to maintain momentum while keeping quality and user needs in focus.
  • Execute site-wide updates, such as banners, call-to-action (CTA) placements, and multi-language campaign pages.
  • Maintain and prioritize the intake queue, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and providing transparency across projects.
  • Keep the CMS organized by removing outdated entities, updating fields, and improving documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and propose technical solutions by understanding the CMS platform’s capabilities.
  • Report progress regularly through Slack, sprint updates, and tools like Jira and Asana.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with localization platforms such as Smartling.
  • Background in A/B testing, digital experimentation, or website conversion strategies.
  • Past work on B2B SaaS or complex enterprise websites.
