Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or strategist.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive UX/UI strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across all website properties.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage and maintain design assets.
  • Work closely with the Website Development Lead to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide design feedback and guidance to the development team.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders.
  • Analyze website analytics and user behavior data.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize user experience.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the content lifecycle for the website, ensuring all pages remain relevant, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Maintain and update website content for accuracy, compliance.
  • Ensure content consistency, readability, and accessibility across all website pages.
  • Identify opportunities and a process for content updates to improve performance and engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to implement content updates that enhance the user experience.
  • Identify and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
