- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
- Familiarity with content management systems a plus
Responsibilities
- Author, maintain, update, QA, and publish website content through SitecoreCMS (Content Management System) and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and organize content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines
- Monitor and update ticket statuses in our ticketing tool (Jira), to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule and with all requirements completed
- Contribute to the team’s internal documentation repository
- Work in Smartling to manage translation of web pages, ensuring content is accurately localized for different locales
- Create, monitor, and test website pages to ensure they’re displaying properly, following all internal guidelines, and providing an optimal experience across devices
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of their tasks and requests, while ensuring that all the request requirements are met in compliance with internal web best practices and rules
- Project Manage assigned ticket load
