Bachelor’s degree
3+ years’ experience in the digital (web/mobile) or support team member
1+ years’ experience in leading cross-functional teams (indirectly or directly)

Address and triage advisor and support teammate inquiries on issues or concerns related to digital experiences on a daily basis
Continuously assess feedback and participate in improvement projects as necessary, including providing business rules, testing support, and training on new enhancements
Conduct training, demonstrations, and/or presentations to build adoption of digital experiences
Maintain issue logs to track patterns on client and teammate pain points that will be used to improve digital experiences
Evangelizes the wealth digital strategy internally with stakeholders, advisors and support teammates
Support the creation and distribution of teammate training programs, communications, sales efforts and interface with internal and external marketing, branch and call center teammates to prepare sales scripts, manage sales processes, optimize sales opportunities and carry out follow up activities
