Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of investment experience, ideally with a focus on public equities or private equity (including buyout, growth equity and/or venture capital)
- Familiarity and experience with investments in the tech sector preferrable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Client experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Demonstrable communication skills, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with investment management product offerings
- SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 required (must obtain within 3 months)
Responsibilities
- Participate in client and prospective client meetings with PWAs to share ISG views and discuss portfolio implementation
- In addition to representing ISG, also be able to discuss the full PWM investment platform and the various potential investment solutions available to clients
- Attain direct visibility in PWM as a strategy/platform implementation expert
- Engage with PWA teams in regions of responsibility
- Deliver thoughtful insight on ISG positioning to PWAs and to PAG in team meetings
- Address specific PWA questions regarding product positioning, performance and attribution directly or using product teams as necessary
- Assist PWAs in discussing ISG positioning as well as all internal/external product positioning (including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments)
- Recommend to PWAs implementation of diversified portfolios for specific clients and prospects that conform to ISG recommendations and client objectives and constraints
- Prepare competitive analyses on various products using Morningstar X-Ray and in-house portfolio analysis tools
