Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in repairing & polishing high-end watches with sophisticated mechanical and quartz movements.
- Ability to analyze repair issues.

Responsibilities
- Inspect luxury watches from luxury brands for all timepieces, including, but not limited to quartz, mechanical, & chronograph movements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of how to set, adjust and activate all functions of watches, including final controls. Demonstrate ability to repair/replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases & crowns.
- Knowledge and ability to use repair tools and testing equipment.
- Knowledge of technical estimates and processes. Demonstrate ability to make a correct diagnosis.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workshop area. Follow all company protocols for securing and storing company and customer-owned merchandise.
- Ensure work area is in constant compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Ensure proper quality of service according to brand standards.
- Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are followed and champion eBay DNA principles.
