Requirements
- Applicant must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Minimum of three years’ of related experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment, or other mechanical concerns, such as HVAC or auto/truck repair.
- Familiar with computers (Excel, Word, HACH WIMS, etc.), including report generation.
- Must have the ability to establish effective working relationships with other employees.
Responsibilities
- Daily operation and maintenance at the wastewater treatment facility and pump stations as directed by the Project Manager.
- Operation of assigned treatment, mechanical and electrical equipment and other similarly related facility components and equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance activities as scheduled to include inspection of remote pump stations and ancillary equipment.
- Competent in corrective maintenance best practices and scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Massachusetts Wastewater Treatment Plant Grade 3 Certification (preferred).
