Responsibilities

  • Review and process warranty claims from dealers, service centers, and customers to ensure compliance with company policies and warranty guidelines.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify failure trends, root causes, and potential product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to address recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain warranty reports, dashboards, and metrics to track claim performance and costs.
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage supplier-related warranty claims and recover costs where applicable.
  • Assist in updating and refining warranty policies, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to dealerships and service teams on proper warranty claim submission and procedures.
  • Participate in field investigations and customer support initiatives to resolve warranty-related concerns.
  • Support the finance team in processing warranty cost recoveries and budgeting.
  • Lead and coordinate all negotiations with chargebacks as part of the RMA process as well as any campaigns and recalls.
  • Select direct communication channels with service providers and fleets that have not returned defective part(s) on a vendor recovery classified repair, but have submitted invoices. Follow up as required to ensure the material is returned from the service provider so that the invoice can be paid.
  • Create and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports to establish a foundation for goal-setting and future success.
  • Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency and entrepreneurial commitment to achieving goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required (business or similar preferred)
  • 3-5 years of finance, quality, supply chain, or customer service experience
