Requirements
- 1-3 years warehouse experience with both electronic and manual inventory systems.
- Multitasking and Organization – In order to meet the demands of your team, department, and our customers, you must be organized and able to accomplish multiple tasks, projects, and requests throughout your day.
- Leading the Charge – Lead by example and have the desire and drive to lead both new and current team members to meet and exceed their goals and department expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Must have a valid drivers license for potential delivering of parts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory using internal software systems; ensure accurate processing, tracking and distribution of materials
- Receive, stock, and replenish inventory; stage and distribute parts and equipment daily and weekly to field technicians and installers
- Coordinate shipping and receiving process, including documentation (purchase orders, packing slips, goods receipts) and carrier logistics (FedEx, UPS)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and physical inventory (3-4 times per year); investigate and resolve discrepancies, implement corrective actions and improve inventory controls
- Ensure availability of necessary parts and equipment to meet customer demand; inspect incoming and stored materials for quality and accuracy
- Process electronic paperwork, including work orders, installation documentation, P.O. requisitions, inventory transfers and adjustments for vehicle and branch inventories
- Handle RMA process, including defective product testing, returns and coordination with repair facilities; manage electronic waste and recycling
- Collaborate with the team to improve department efficiency and uphold warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Create and maintain tracking logs and reports to support inventory operations and audits
- Serve as a safety responder at the branch; ability to climb ladders or rolling safety ladders as needed
