Requirements

• 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical environments is strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with inventory software and systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule warehouse staff
• Oversee facility, equipment, and inventory management systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and purchase orders
• Ensure efficient receiving, staging, ticketing, distribution, and replenishment
• Coordinate material needs with service teams and schedule deliveries
• Manage company fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, tracking, assignments, and compliance
• Monitor vehicle logs and coordinate maintenance with safety personnel
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality supplies
• Support physical inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
