Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Retail Link, QMS, GRS, Luminate, and Madrid experience preferred
  • Analytical skills, including advanced Excel
  • Report writing experience with COGNOS or similar BI software
  • Ability to clearly communicate information, both internally and to external customers
  • Self-motivated, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Help create, communicate, and execute seasonal replenishment plans for Walmart businesses
  • Regular communication with customers to develop and manage seasonal strategy action plans
  • Participate in Demand Planning conversations and manage forecasting for production of seasonal business
  • Collaborate with logistics to execute supply chain excellence; identify and communicate OTIF opportunities to eliminate potential fines
  • Build and manage Luminate and Madrid reporting and analysis to support inventory and sales opportunities
  • Identify additional reporting and data analysis requirements; implement via BI tools
  • Work closely with Business Unit Managers in launching new product lines
  • Experience with import replenishment management including item setup, PO revisions, exception management, and import PO delivery
  • Capture and analyze assigned customer point of sale (POS) data, inventory levels, price points, store counts and rate of sale
  • Analyze sales by region, monitoring trends and in-stock levels (DC and store) to maximize sales
  • Leverage existing and new data sources to support sales and product teams
  • Manage item set up and customer quotes process
  • Manage and communicate sustainability and compliance updates to broader Lasko team
  • Manage information related to competitive issues, product assortments, retail pricing, and weather forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in at least one of the following: category management, supply chain, merchandising, marketing, analytics, or insights
  • Undergraduate degree and 3 years related management experience
  • Minimal travel for training or account events may be required
