Requirements
- 1+ years of experience overseeing VTC systems and endpoints
- 1+ years of experience installing and configuring VTC applications and system software
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
- Ability to work independently
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field and 1+ years of experience with VTC, or 4+ years of experience with VTC in lieu of a degree
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ Certification
Responsibilities
- Scheduling VTC sessions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing excellent customer service to end-users
- Monitoring and performance management of VTC systems
- Identifying problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in DoD environment
- Experience with general network administration
- Experience with general systems administration
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent customer service skills
