Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and AI technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading an Americas Sales team.
  • 5+ years experience working in complex software and relationship-driven sales preferred. Previous success in achieving significant revenue responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for excellence.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas region that drives revenue growth, market share, and brand recognition.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, enhancing their skills and capabilities to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners, understanding their needs to drive tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions, as necessary, to achieve and exceed objectives.
  • Partner with the revenue operations team to ensure the optimization of sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with operations and enablement leadership and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and Finance team to manage the Americas sales team budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the executive team, outlining successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
