Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated sales success, with recent experience in enterprise/B2B solutions sales.
  • Deep experience and expertise in proxy voting practices and corporate governance.
  • Strong, established senior-level network within asset management or related financial services sectors.
  • Proven ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated capacity to navigate and sell into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Consistent record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales quotas and targets.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience both winning independently and collaborating effectively as part of a broader team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue, working collaboratively with internal leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively build, manage, and maintain a robust, actionable sales pipeline to ensure consistent attainment of individual and team sales targets.
  • Drive the sales process from initial qualification through close, including executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation, partnering closely with Product, Legal, Finance, and Business leadership as needed.
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to amplify market reach, increase awareness, and ensure feedback and insights are provided to inform solution enhancements.
  • Prepare tailored documents, analysis, and presentations to address specific sales needs for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Provide assistance with comprehensive RFI/RFP responses.
  • Support internal sales training programs to enhance cross-selling and promote a solutions-oriented sales culture enterprise-wide.
  • Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, positioning our proxy voting services as best-in-class and fostering ongoing brand and industry presence.
