Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales within robotics, retail technology or SaaS
- Proven success securing and expanding eight-figure deals
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 retailer pain points, buying processes and decision-making frameworks, especially in grocery and big-box segments
- Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and a consultative approach
- Strong quantitative skills required
- Exceptional ability to develop narratives that resonate at the C-suite level, showcasing tangible ROI and competitive differentiation
- Demonstrates boldness, ambition, and an ‘ownership’ mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet enterprise clients and attend critical in-person events
Responsibilities
- Design and execute account-based strategies to secure multimillion-dollar recurring revenue contracts, with emphasis on top grocery and big-box retailers
- Identify, qualify, develop and nurture prospective enterprise accounts. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Strategy and Client Success to efficiently and effectively move prospects through the pipeline, and build the foundation of sustainable, win-win partnerships
- Own end-to-end deal cycles; negotiate contracts; leverage solution selling and consultative techniques to maximize contract value
- Primary focus on net new CARR and new logos. The business is growing fast and this role will help fuel future growth
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Simbe online, at industry events, conferences and within our client offices
