Responsibilities
- Architect an integrated revenue operations strategy aligning company growth objectives with operational execution.
- Partner with GTM leadership and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to eliminate silos between revenue teams (sales, professional services, channel, and renewal businesses).
- Own the end-to-end analysis and visualization of bookings and pipeline performance, providing the ELT/BOD with forward-looking insights to guide strategic planning.
- Drive and optimize the complete revenue workflow from opportunity creation through renewal processing and unify processes, data, and tools across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement robust bookings forecasting and pipeline scrutiny processes to ensure predictable revenue performance.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to eliminate silos between revenue teams and develop predictive analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify and capitalize on revenue acceleration opportunities.
- Implement intelligent automation across the revenue lifecycle to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Establish consistent data governance for accurate forecasting and revenue recognition.
- Ensure data quality for bookings tools/systems including – ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Prolifiq, SFDC, and Clari.
- Build and mentor specialized revenue operations teams working across traditional functional boundaries.
- Develop comprehensive playbooks for handling complex revenue scenarios across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead continuous process improvement to reduce cycle times, minimize errors, and enhance customer experience.
- Create strategic frameworks for managing exceptions across the revenue workflow without disrupting operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 13+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 8+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
- 7+ years of specialized/industry experience Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Master’s degree preferred.
