Requirements
- Product management experience, including leadership roles in consumer-facing digital products
- Proven track record of building and scaling core platform experiences across multiple surfaces (Mobile, Living Room, Web)
- Experience driving growth, engagement, and monetization within a DTC or subscription-based product
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing senior-level product managers
- Deep understanding of product marketing principles and how they drive user acquisition and conversion
- Familiarity with connected TV ecosystems and living room device UX
- Background in payments, subscription lifecycle management, or freemium models
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making and measure success
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in tactically while maintaining long-term vision
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core user experiences across all platforms—Mobile, Living Room, and Web
- Lead a team of Product Managers overseeing Mobile, Living Room, Web, and Subscriptions & Payments
- Own the full product lifecycle across surfaces, from ideation and execution to optimization
- Drive user engagement, retention, and revenue through seamless user experiences and monetization strategies
- Partner closely with Marketing to align product marketing initiatives with growth and acquisition goals
- Establish and track KPIs that measure the impact of product and marketing strategies on business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Content teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Serve as a thought leader on best practices for product development, user growth, and retention
- Advocate for the user while balancing business goals in a fast-paced, data-informed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks
- Previous collaboration with performance marketing or lifecycle marketing teams
- Passion for storytelling and content-driven user experiences
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices
- Background in user research or human-centered design
- Prior leadership in 0→1 product development and platform modernization
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance in subscription-based products (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
