Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in roles with progressively increasing responsibilities in either Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning and/or Business Development
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Sales Force) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven track record of sales success
- Resilient and strong problem solver
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required
- Willing to travel nationally as needed
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and opportunity identification: build and maintain a quality pipeline of opportunities with new pharmaceutical clients
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Secure qualified client meetings through established networks, relationships, and a value-added, consultative approach
- Complex sales process management
- Develop an account plan and execute on account / opportunity strategies
- Lead selling strategy meetings with the business
- Tailored solution development, understand client needs, remove limitations to effectively sell solutions, partnering with internal partners when necessary
- Cross-functional collaboration, collaborate with members of the business development team and company subject matter experts
- Industry networking and market presence, delivering sales messages aligned to Amplity’s offerings
- Continuous improvement, systematically tracking KPI’s to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
- Established relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech marketplace or other complex heavily regulated organizations desired
