Responsibilities

  • Responsible for review and validation of existing and future implementation logic for all ILST assumptions and methodologies. Periodic (annual) review of implementation logic document.
  • Oversight of Reporting for 2052a: execute test scripts on reporting looking at 14 sub-processes.
  • Liquidity Interpretation review: independent monitoring of market and regulatory environment to identify new rules interpretations; review and challenge of these interpretations.
  • Data Concern Remediation Management: develop liquidity metric dashboards for Data Concerns remediation; Review and challenge of the LMIA process to assess impact on liquidity metrics.
  • Partners with members of Treasury, Risk Management, and Finance to establish reporting requirements, develop the tools, analysis and reporting necessary to proactively identify and manage risk with respect to portfolios and products, and continuously update the reporting process to reflect the current business structure.
  • Works with members of the various disciplines to identify ways to streamline and automate process flows in order to create more accurate and timely results, as well as improving efficiency.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
