Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or equivalent education in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivery or project management (with a focus on implementation of transformative new technology)
  • OR – Completion of advanced degree (master or higher) in applicable and relevant filed plus 7 years related experience in applicable field
  • 5+ years’ experience in the mortgage servicing industry
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a program or project management role where technology is used to transform business processes or functions
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving aptitude and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and multiple projects (including attention to details and multi-tasking skills)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with all levels of staff and management
  • Expertise with MS Project, ServiceNow Projects and/or other project planning software

Responsibilities

  • Develop an Implementation Strategy and go-live plan for the mortgage servicing SaaS solution, Dara
  • Work hand-in-hand with customers to implement the platform and develop the end-to-end Implementation strategy
  • Create and execute on detailed project and/or program plans that directly affect and ensure a successful implementation
  • Ensure timely customer adoption of new products
  • Develop a framework for customers that can be modified to manage all future customer implementations of the Dara product
  • Translate the framework into an actionable project plan which drives the implementation process
  • Own the successful delivery of technology implementation services on key projects, from kick-off with the customer through go-live and transition to steady state
  • Analyze and determine customers’ implementation and system usage needs as related to customer’s business processes
  • Coordinate with customer, third party vendors, and internal Sagent teams to ensure successful product implementation and adoption
  • Execute principal program and project management activities including schedule management, controlling and tracking project performance, issue and risk management, and monitoring and reporting on project status
  • Establish scope that ensures the project remains focused on key objectives, goals, tasks and critical path for one or more projects
  • Develop and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas are engaged on the projects
  • Provide training, consultation and support to the client before, during and immediately after new client, existing client & new vendor implementation/conversion efforts
  • Mentor, train, and provide oversight to peers and cross functional team members at Sagent on best-practices for product implementation and adoption/usage of Sagent products and services
  • Manage a diverse team of Implementation experts aligned to all component functions of an end-to-end implementation
  • Perform other related duties and process improvement projects as requested by management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Scrum Master is beneficial but not required
  • Familiarity with modern approaches to implementing SaaS technology products
