Requirements

  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in actuarial roles, with a focus on employee benefits, including group benefits, voluntary disabilities, and stop loss insurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing portfolio management and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to utilize data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and intermediaries.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively use data to craft compelling narratives that engage and inform stakeholders.
