Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global materials planning, inventory management, and SIOP, with a proven track record in complex, multinational manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise transformations, leveraging digital supply chain innovations, automation, and AI-driven decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance
  • Deep digital supply chain transformation expertise, including AI-powered forecasting, ERP implementation, machine learning applications, and real-time inventory optimization
  • Strong financial and business acumen, translating supply chain strategies into EBITDA growth, working capital optimization, and shareholder value creation
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Extensive experience in global supply chain ecosystems, with expertise in supplier diversification, nearshoring vs. offshoring strategies, and geopolitical risk management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a world-class global materials strategy that aligns with FBIN’s corporate objectives and enables scalability, profitability, and resilience
  • Drive a culture of innovation and digital transformation, ensuring the adoption of next-generation supply chain technologies, AI-driven forecasting, and advanced planning tools
  • Build and develop a high-performance global team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Lead cross-functional SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes to ensure optimal supply-demand alignment and working capital efficiency
  • Drive global inventory optimization strategies, implementing AI-driven forecasting and real-time visibility solutions to enhance agility and cost control
  • Collaborate with technology and finance teams to integrate ERP, digital twins, and intelligent automation into materials planning processes
  • Establish and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency, customer service levels, and cost performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, ensuring business continuity in response to global supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risks, and demand fluctuations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance performance and cost efficiency
  • Utilize predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to identify potential risks and implement preemptive solutions proactively
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and commercial teams, driving collaborative decision-making and enterprise-wide supply chain integration
  • Deliver high-impact executive briefings and insights, providing data-driven recommendations on supply chain performance, emerging risks, and strategic initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to global business unit leaders, ensuring materials strategy optimally supports commercial growth, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability
