VP: Global Markets Data Management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
Strong knowledge of financial markets and traded products
In depth knowledge of one or more areas within Global Markets or related functions
Experience in managing discussions with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders
Project management skills, ability to multitask and properly prioritize multiple projects
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work with large datasets using advanced Excel or SQL

Enhance data governance and control framework of data managed by the Global Markets LOB
Conduct research of issues related to data quality, definitions, transformations, and applications for specific use cases
Identify opportunities and define solutions to continue to improve data quality and business processes
Collaborate across Global Markets, Market Risk, Finance, PMO and Technology on Regulatory & Strategic Initiatives

Knowledge of the various functions within Global Markets trading organization and other functions interacting with Global Markets, such as Operations, Risk, Finance
Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a Quantitative field
Experience in designing, testing, and implementing new data quality controls
