Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or finance roles in diagnostics, biotechnology, healthcare services, or high-tech industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling commercial operations and building AI/ML-powered forecasting or analytics systems.
- Expertise in CRM and MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, GA360), business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data infrastructure.
- Experience partnering with executive teams to shape go-to-market strategy, resource planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Data Science, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial operations functions including forecasting, territory alignment, sales compensation design, and field force deployment.
- Establish operational frameworks that align with enterprise strategy and deliver executional excellence across commercial teams.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, R&D, and Finance to ensure operational plans support innovation, launch readiness, and customer engagement.
- Build and scale predictive analytics capabilities to support commercial decision-making, including AI/ML-driven forecasting and business modeling in partnership with Enterprise Analytics and Finance stakeholders.
- Deliver insights into funnel performance, market trends, channel productivity, and resource optimization through executive dashboards and reports.
- Drive adoption of performance metrics, commercial KPIs, and forecasting systems across regions and business units.
- Oversee the modernization of commercial data architecture, including data lakes, visualization platforms, CRM optimization, and MarTech integration.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Science teams to establish governance, integrity, and a unified ‘single source of truth’ for commercial data.
- Improve the end-to-end digital infrastructure supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
- Define and execute the global learning and development agenda for the global sales force ensuring alignment between learning strategy, sales capability development, and business outcomes.
- Partner with HR and Sales Leadership to ensure scalable, high-impact development and onboarding programs.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a cross-functional team across operations, analytics, and commercial technology functions.
- Act as a key thought partner to the CCO and executive leadership, contributing directly to annual operating plans, strategic priorities, and board-level insights.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Data Science, or related field preferred.
