Requirements

  • Deep understanding of CVP drivers and Mastercard’s revenue drivers in order to build business cases; helpful to have account management or business development experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a high performing team dedicated to bringing Cardholder Services benefits to market
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the Cardholder Services Program, Core Products, Regional Cardholder Services teams and cross-functional enablement stakeholders
  • Create cardholder services sales and go to market strategies
  • Build compelling new benefits that enhance Core Products CVPs
  • Innovate on ways to drive benefits awareness and usage among consumers through our customers
