Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Vendor Management Systems, specifically including Microsoft.
- Proven track record in recruiting and placing contract employees, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges within the recruitment process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including hiring managers and other recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contract recruitment, from initial contact to placement.
- Utilize the appropriate VMS (Vendor Management Services) platform(s) to proficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our client(s).
- Submit qualified candidates through the VMS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Effectively navigate and operate within the VMS space to ensure streamlined candidate submissions, approvals, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction on both ends.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting all relevant candidate and client interactions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate, neat records of recruitment metrics and reports.
- Provide regular updates and insights to direct management on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
