Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising with strong exposure to marketing and branding integration in the skincare, beauty, or lifestyle sector.
  • A proven track record of aligning visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns to drive brand and sales goals.
  • Creative with the ability to translate brand identity into compelling displays and layouts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing retail metrics to inform visual strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in multi-channel campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of visual merchandising projects that reinforce Bubble’s marketing campaigns and brand narrative.
  • Create guidelines and organize processes to create seamless collaboration between the creative, sales, and retail teams.
  • Collaborate with VP of Brand & Director of Communications to align visual merchandising with promotional themes, launches, and seasonal strategies.
  • Analyze and communicate retail merchandising guidelines.
  • Partner with retailers to maintain Bubble’s visual standards, customizing layouts to maximize regional appeal and performance.
  • Partner with Bubble creative team, collaborating to create disruptive, engaging, and best-in-class displays in all global retailers.
  • Oversee setup and instructions for key launches, events, and retail activations.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between in-store, digital, and social media brand representations.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams of every retailer to enhance the online visual shopping experience, complementing in-store efforts.
  • Partner closely with sales, education, brand, and creative to create clear, cohesive, and effective design & messaging briefs.
  • Become an extension of the creative team, inventing new and exciting ways to display products, ensuring merchandising strategies amplify objectives and resonate with our audience.
  • Manage process, ensuring creative and operations have adequate timelines to create and execute all retail features and displays.
  • Identify and eliminate current process inefficiencies.
  • Use sales data and customer insights to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Implement data-driven adjustments to maximize product visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to source high-quality, on-brand materials.
  • Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Provide guidance to retail partners to maintain consistent brand execution across locations.
