Requirements
- Doctoral degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology or microbiology required
- Experience in molecular biology or immunology preferred
- Ability to translate, adapt and apply academic or practical knowledge in the conduct of biological/health science research preferred
- Prior research experience in autoimmune diseases desired
Responsibilities
- Embark on a program of research involving Cardiac Research
- Research new methods
- Analyze data
- Prepare research results for professional publications
- Prepare manuscripts
- Assist with the design of new grant applications
- Collect preliminary data and organization and writing of grants
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in molecular biology or immunology preferred
