Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred
- Preferred track record of success in meeting both customer needs, and corporate sale objectives; preferred b2b sales background
- Must be highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful. Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to balance team/individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team culture
- Ability to develop extensive understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit
- Experience working with CRM-tools & MS-Office applications
Responsibilities
- Generating revenue within assigned territory by using digital selling techniques
- Extensive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity identification using digital tools and CRM functionality
- Understanding key customer business issues and demonstrating how these issues can be solved with Baxter CCS products and services
- Achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives and assigned activities
- Becoming a subject matter authority and acting as an influencer and trusted advisor for clients
- Partnering with account executives, area vice presidents, clinical consultants, sales engineers, solution architects, services personnel, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to offer customers end to end solutions
- Developing plans to address problem areas and preparing analysis/solution for new sales pursuits and conducting negotiations to finalize sales
- Completing all administration aspects of the role including extensive work and updates in Salesforce.com
Preferred Qualifications
