Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT or related field with 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on executive-level support
  • Required 8140 Cert: 411 – Intermediate; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training AND Additional Cert: ITIL4 or CompTIA A+ desired or obtained within 6 months
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clearance Required Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Leads priority VIP support team supporting USSTRATCOM’s Executive Communications Team, including processing trouble tickets and issues identified through Executive Communications
  • Provides full range of end-user computing devices, end-user computing peripherals, end-user client software, and digital printing services support for Executive Communications Team
  • Handles VIP incident responses and direct taskings supporting Executive Communications with higher priority and urgency in the Command and Control Facility (C2F), residences, and the Pentagon Liaison Office
  • Works in collaboration with Government staff to collectively meet established performance objectives
  • Supports and sustains end-user devices and communications for senior decision-makers, including end-user computing and telephony devices
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL4 or CompTIA A+ desired or obtained within 6 months
